Welcome, I’m Lauren.

I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Christian, a virtual assistant, and a young woman, who has been shaped by suffering, faith, and a lot of grace.

At age fourteen, I became suddenly ill with multiple chronic illnesses that left me severely disabled and mostly bedridden for eight years. Today, more than ten years later, my health has largely been restored. What once felt like a detour has instead paved the road for me to share my testimony with others and to serve as a virtual assistant to authors, leaders, and advocates in the faith, chronic illness, and mental health spaces.
